Create a Knock Link from the Dashboard

1. Go to the Knock Dashboard

Go to Knock Dashboard → Chat Links → New Chat Link.

2. Set the Medium (for reporting)

Choose where the link will live: Website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Email, PDF, Event/QR, etc.

3. Choose the Messaging Flow

You can either:

• Direct to a specific messaging app / scheduling flow Send buyers straight to a channel (Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Scheduling).

• Channel Picker: Show a modal with your configured options.

If using Channel Picker, customize:

1. Title/subtitle (value-led, e.g., Talk to an AI SDR or a human now).
2. Rep avatars/names (trust).
3. Channels shown (Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Calendar).

4) Add Routing (Human or AI SDR)

• Apply routing: ICP, territory, CRM owner, round-robin.
• Optionally enable AI SDR to greet, qualify via approved FAQs, then hand off.

5) Copy & Publish

• Copy the link and paste it into your target placement.
• Test on desktop + mobile (private window).
