Create & Add a Knock Chat Link (Website + Social + Referrals+Emails)

Turn any touchpoint into direct messages with an AI SDR or human reps to generate inbound pipeline, without forms.

Knock Chat Links start an instant conversation in your buyer’s preferred channel (Slack chat, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram or direct scheduling). Your AI SDR can greet and qualify, then hand off to a human only if qualified. Every link is fully trackable so you can see clicks, engagement, qualification rate, meetings, and pipeline impact.

What a Knock Chat Link Does (Why it converts)

• Replaces forms with direct messaging. No login, no friction.
• Lets leads choose their preferred messaging app. Meeting buyers where they are.
• Routes by your rules (territory, ICP, CRM owner, round-robin, AI SDR first).
• Syncs chat + enrichment to your CRM for attribution and pipeline tracking.
