How to Set Up WhatsApp Chat in Knock

Follow these steps to connect WhatsApp to your Knock account:

  1. Open the Knock Dashboard
  2. Go to the Getting Started section
  3. Scroll down to Apps and select WhatsApp
  4. Follow the onboarding flow:
    • Knock will generate a business phone number for you
    • Connect your company’s Facebook Business account (or create a new one—it won’t affect the setup)
    • Complete the Meta onboarding for WhatsApp in just a few clicks

Once connected, you’ll be able to create Knock links or add WhatsApp to your chat widget, allowing leads to message you instantly.
