Route Qualified Leads to the Right Rep

Knock makes it easy to assign leads to the correct rep based on custom rules and CRM data—ensuring high-intent leads always land with the right person.

Step 1: Open Meeting Routing

  • Go to your Knock Dashboard
  • Navigate to Meeting Routing

Step 2: Define Lead Segments

Create rules based on any combination of:

  • Lead data (e.g. company size, industry, location)
  • CRM fields (e.g. lifecycle stage, account owner)

This defines which types of leads should route to which reps.

Step 3: Assign Reps to the Segment

  • Select one or more reps from your Slack members
  • You can assign reps even if they haven’t connected their calendar yet

If a rep’s calendar is not yet connected:

  • You have the option to send them an invite to connect it—directly from the routing rule.
  • image
  • Knock will temporarily skip that rep and apply the next matching rule.
  • Once the rep connects their calendar, this rule becomes automatically active.
💡 This lets you fully configure routing logic before all reps have connected their calendars, so you can start using Knock Scheduling immediately—without constant updates.
