Sync Knock Meeting Data to Salesforce
When a lead books a meeting through Knock, all relevant data is automatically synced to Salesforce—so your CRM stays accurate without manual updates.
What Gets Synced to Salesforce?
Knock updates the contact, lead, or account record in Salesforce (based on your settings) with the following fields:
Meeting Information
- Knock: Booked Meeting Time
- Knock: Meeting Owner
The exact date and time the meeting was booked (in the lead’s time zone)
The assigned rep who owns the meeting (based on routing or CRM ownership)
📊 Attribution Data
- Knock: Touchpoint
- Knock: Source / Medium
- Knock: UTM Campaign / UTM Content
The exact link that was clicked to book the meeting (you define this when creating the Knock link)
Based on UTM parameters or Knock referral logic (e.g., LinkedIn, website, Google Ads)
If UTM parameters are present on the scheduling link, they are captured and synced. If no UTM parameters are found, Knock will extract the values from the website landing page where the link was clicked.
