Create Your First Knock Chat Link

  • Access the Knock Chat Links in the dashboard
  • Click Create my first link button
    • Choose the link channel (your website, ad, referrals or outbound campaign)
    • Pick how leads can reach out to you instantly
      • Activate Slack chat
      • Activate WhatsApp chat
      • Activate LinkedIn chat
  • Assign routing rules
  • Copy the link and place it in your asset
