How to Activate Telegram Chat in Knock AI
Knock enables leads to contact your team via Telegram, a widely used messaging platform with strong adoption among technology and business audiences. Leads initiate contact in one click, and your representatives reply from Slack.
This setup eliminates forms, shared personal numbers, and manual routing. Communication flows through Knock's Telegram integration from start to finish.
Why Use Telegram Chat with Knock
Telegram is a high-trust, low-friction channel that buyers and prospects already use. It supports instant delivery and is available across all major devices without additional setup on the lead's side.
With Knock:
- Leads can start a Telegram conversation with your team in one click
- Representatives reply directly from Slack, not from personal accounts
- Messages are routed automatically based on your Knock routing rules
- No representative needs to access Telegram directly or use a personal account
- Accepted leads are synced directly to your CRM
Your team's Telegram accounts remain private. All communication is handled through Knock's dedicated Telegram integration. Knock creates and manages the vendor-side Telegram account on your behalf.
How Telegram Chat Works in Knock
When Telegram chat is activated, Knock generates a dedicated Telegram account for your business. Leads who click a Knock-generated Telegram link or button are connected directly to that account. Routing rules determine which representative receives the message. Replies are sent and received through Slack.
No representative needs a personal Telegram account or access to the Telegram application.
