Personal Hub in Knock AI: Manage Your Profile, Availability, and Meeting Settings
Your personal space in Knock AI. Control your profile, availability, meeting settings, and integrations. Everything that represents you, in one place.
What is the Personal Hub in Knock AI?
The Personal Hub is a dedicated personal workspace inside Knock AI built for sales reps. It is the single place where a rep manages everything that represents them - their profile, their availability, their meeting settings, and their integrations with tools like Google Calendar, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
The Personal Hub is separate from team-level admin settings and marketing configuration. What you configure here affects only you.
From the Knock AI Personal Hub, you can:
- View and update your professional profile and photo
- Connect and monitor your integrations (Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Zoom)
- Set your availability for meetings and chat
- Generate and share your personal booking link
- Configure your meeting name, duration, and buffer time
- Copy your Slack chat link and set your intro message
- Design and share your Knock Card - your personal digital business card
How to access Personal Hub in Knock AI

Knock Card: Your personal digital business card
The Knock Card is a lightweight, shareable profile card that gives leads a single place to connect with you - on whichever channel works best for them. Set it up once, share it anywhere.
Every rep gets a personal Knock Card link. When a lead opens your card, they see your profile and choose how to reach you. Every interaction is captured automatically - no manual CRM entry required.
Edit profile
The Edit profile tab is where you set up your identity on the card.
- Profile picture - Defaults to your Knock profile image. Click the upload icon to change it.
- Company logo - Optional. Defaults to your company logo if available. Displayed next to your profile picture.
- Your Knock Card link - Your personal card URL. Copy it directly from this tab.
- Contact info - Your full name, job title, company, and bio. Defaults are pre-filled from your Knock AI account. All fields are editable.
Contact buttons
Contact buttons are the actions a lead can take from your card. You can add up to 4 contact methods. Each button opens the right channel automatically when a lead taps it.
Contact method | How it works | Requirement |
Slack | Opens a direct Slack message with you. The lead is captured and your CRM is updated automatically. | Available by default |
Book a meeting | Opens your personal Knock AI meeting booking link. The lead is captured and your CRM is updated automatically. | Google Calendar must be connected |
Custom button | Any URL you choose, with a label you set. | None |
When a lead uses any contact button:
- Your CRM is updated with the lead automatically
- You receive a private Slack message with lead enrichment
- No notification is sent to your team's main Knock channel
Each button label is editable. If LinkedIn or Google Calendar is not connected, you must connect the integration before adding that contact method to your card.
Social links
The Social links tab lets you add up to 3 links to your social profiles so leads can learn more about you.
- If LinkedIn is connected, it appears as a default social link.
- Your website appears as a default social link if available.
- Additional options include X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, GitHub, and G2.
Previewing your card
Select Preview to open a full-screen view of your card exactly as a lead would see it. You can tap each button in preview mode to see how it behaves.
Sharing your Knock Card
Select Share to access all sharing options.
- QR code
- Social share options
Note: The Share button is only available when all changes have been saved. Save your card before sharing.

Chats: Slack chat link and intro message
The Chats tab is where you access and manage your personal Slack chat link.
