Allow Only ICP Leads to Book Meetings
Knock AI helps your team stay focused by filtering out unqualified leads before they can book time. Instead of letting every visitor schedule a meeting, you can limit access to only ICP leads based on real data.
This reduces wasted meetings, improves rep productivity, and ensures your calendar is filled with real opportunities.
How ICP Filtering Works
When a lead clicks a scheduling link:
- Knock AI evaluates the routing rules.
- Lead data and CRM data are checked against your configured filters.
- If the lead matches a segment, availability is shown.
- If the lead does not match, booking is blocked.
Filtering occurs before calendar availability is displayed.
Available ICP Filters
When setting up Knock AI Routing Rules, you can apply filters that define who qualifies to book a meeting. These rules use real-time lead enrichment and CRM data.
Available filters include:
- Company Size
- Company Headquarters (Region or Country)
- Industry / Sector
- Company Name (inclusion or exclusion lists)
- Lead Location
- Lead Device Type
- CRM Fields (e.g. Lifecycle Stage, Owner, Status)
What Happens to Disqualified Leads
If a lead does not meet your ICP criteria:
- They cannot see available time slots.
- They cannot book a meeting.
If enabled in your configuration, they may still message your team through:
- Slack
These conversations follow your Chat Routing rules.
Knock AI does not schedule meetings for leads who fail ICP filters.
How to Configure ICP Routing Rules
- Go to the Knock AI Dashboard.
- Open Meeting Routing.
- Select or create a routing configuration.
- Create a segment using your ICP filters.
- Assign reps to the qualified segment.
- Save changes.
Only leads that match a configured segment can proceed to scheduling.
