How to Generate Knock Scheduling Links from Slack

You can generate Knock scheduling links directly from your Slack workspace—no need to log into the dashboard.

Follow these steps:

Steps to Create a Scheduling Link in Slack

1. Open your Slack workspace
2. Go to the Knock app

In the Slack sidebar, select the Knock app.

3. Click “Generate Knock Link”

You’ll be guided through the link creation flow.


4. Choose the medium

Select where you plan to place the link (e.g. LinkedIn, email, website, etc.).

5. Choose how leads will engage

Select Scheduling as the engagement method.

6. Choose Knock's built-in scheduling

This enables calendar booking through Knock with all routing rules applied.


7. Add meeting title

This will appear on the calendar invite.

8. Select your meeting routing

Pick from your saved Knock routing rules that determine which rep the meeting will be booked with.

9. Name your Knock link

Give it a name for attribution and performance tracking purposes (e.g. "LinkedIn Demo CTA").


10. Copy the link

Paste it into your selected medium—ad, email, landing page, or post.
