What is Advanced Enrichment?
Standard company enrichment covers firmographic basics like size, industry, and headquarters. Advanced Enrichment goes further - Knock AI automatically collects a company's complete funding history, the tools they use across every category, and granular headcount per department.
This data is collected in real time when a company engages with your Knock AI chat or tries to book a meeting, so you can use it immediately for routing and qualification - before a rep even joins the conversation.
How can this help me?
Most qualification happens too late — after a rep has already spent time on a call that was never going to close. Advanced Enrichment lets you qualify silently, the moment a company shows up:
- Know if they're in buying mode — A company that just closed a Series B is under pressure to deploy budget. Route recently-funded accounts to your senior AEs automatically, before a rep even says hello.
- Route by tech stack, not just company size — If you sell a Salesforce integration, you don't want to demo it to someone on HubSpot. Knock AI detects the tools they use and routes accordingly — no discovery questions needed.

Knock AI detects the tools and platforms a company uses across key software categories. This lets you route and qualify based on whether a prospect runs Salesforce, HubSpot, AWS, or any other technology relevant to your ICP.

Knock AI detects a company's complete funding timeline - every round, amount raised, and key investors - so you can qualify by growth stage instantly.

Where can I use Advanced Enrichment data?
CRM Field Mapping
Every Advanced Enrichment field can be mapped to your CRM. They appear as a collapsible sub-section called Advanced Enrichment under Company Enrich for both lead and company object in the field mapping panel.
In the HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo integrations:
- Go to CRM Integrations → Select your connected CRM
- Open the Company tab in field mapping
- Expand the Advanced Enrichment sub-section in the left panel
- Select Funding, Tech Stack, or Team Size to see the available fields
- Map each Knock AI field to your CRM property and click Save
